Nigeria’s formost educationist Professor Aliu Babatunde Fafunwa, died at the age of 87 years, yesterday in Abuja where he had come to deliver the convocation lecture of the National Open University.
The former Minister of Education who was also to be honoured with a doctorate degree by the university, was to speak on the topic: “Education and March to 20:2020, Can Nigeria Make It?”
