Exclusive to LLBLOG: Fuji act Obesere detained over N3million debt

Paramount king of Fuji, Abass Akande Obesere is at present not a happy man. The lewd musician is exploring legitimate means to free himself from what he tagged ‘harassment’ by men of the Nigerian police force. Gathered that Omorapala as Obesere is otherwise known, sometimes back obtained a N3million loan from Cedar Microfinance Bank Limited and refused to honour the terms of repayment. Sources say the bank wrote to the Fuji musician sometimes in October 2010 but he never paid back the loan. In the event of the former, the bank was said to have petitioned the Nigerian Police who went into action and detained the musician. He was however released on bail after the undertaking that he will repay the said loan. Hoping friends and fans will rescue him out of this.

False Blackberry Phones flood Abuja

Phone hawkers are having field day fleecing the unsuspecting public of their hard earned cash in the city of Abuja. They initially started with wrist watches and soon as that wasn’t paying off anymore they graduated to phones. These hawkers are noticeable along Kubwa expressway and they usually carry out this trade in traffic. For example, the latest blackberry phone goes for as low as N25,000, not knowing it’s an imitation. Unfortunately, once customers buy one these phones, and put it into use, it starts malfunctioning almost immediately. Most of these phones can’t browse not to talk of ping, but their victims only discover that after coughing out some money.

Tuface’s Mistresses Fight for Attention on Internet

It was indeed a war of attention between Tuface Idibia’s baby moms, Annie Macaulay and Sunmbo Ajaba. They both scuffled for attention on the social network device, twitter as Tuface; the father of their kids was announced winner for Best International Act alongside D’banj at the just conducted BET Awards. First it was Sunmbo who kept singing praises of the father of her two boys. Telling who ever cared to read her tweets about how proud she is, of the musician. She even went as far as typing his native names while praising him.

Soon, she began to receive congratulatory messages on behalf of the singer who was absent on the social network as at that time. And before anyone could say jack, Annie who got hold of what was going on, quickly took to her twitter page, sending congratulatory messages to Tuface and the whole of Nigeria. Her messages didn’t stop until she began to receive compliments from people which also geared her up to say more words to the man she has once referred to has her one time lover. Here is one of the many lines she sent out, ‘Congratulations dear, and to all the good people that prayed for you. Me plus Africa we are proud of you’. And a glimpse from Sunmbo’s words, ‘hard work pays, but the blessings of God makes us rich and adds no sorrow. I pray your latter shall be more beautiful’. You will agree with me that these two ladies are still pretty in love with the singer.

D’banj, Don Jazzy’s brothers venture into Oil and Gas business

Seems the sudden change that has emerged at Mo’Hits is not stopping with Don Jazzy and D’banj. The goodies are flowing down to other artistes on the record label. After the news that D’banj and Don Jazzy got signed on to American Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music Label, it has been celebrations and congratulatory messages for the duo. And days back, D’banj came home alongside Tuface Idibia winning Best International acts at the BET Awards which took place last month. Here is the latest! K-switch, the younger brother of D’banj and James (Don Jazzy’s younger brother) have pooled resources together to start a door to door delivery of oil and gas business. The company goes by the name JamesNswitch and it’s based in Lagos. A source also hinted that the two big boys are also the brains behind Koko branded investments like Koko Water and Koko Mobile. But this time it is not Koko Oil and Gas instead they decided to name it after themselves.
