Is this meant to be funny? Flood is a serious issue. Some people have lost their lives and properties due to this. So what's funny about this? Then you say our Government do not take us serious. How will they when we don't take ourselves serious.

Why don't you take the picture of the little girl that drowned? And the man who wanted to commit suicide because he lost his wife and child to this. May be our Government will see that and do something fast. Instead people are using the picture above as their DP's on BB. Shior!
