Wonders they say never ends. Someone sent in this pic to a blogger and said the woman was wheeled this afternoon into Ikeja General Hospital, after she was beaten up by her husband. But when will the law rise to defend women? When will these laws be carried out and not just written in black and white. Just like most husbands, her husband might likely get away with this. If only these men are sent to jail after their inhuman acts, won’t they think twice before laying a finger on their wives another time? We are still far behind in this country.
