Segun Odegbami’s Daughter In Ghastly Auto crash

I got to know about this early hours of Sunday morning, but didn’t want to blog about it, because I intend to write about it in our weekly magazine, but alas another blogger as it already, and before other bloggers start copying it(that’s their trend), I had to blog mine.

Ex Nigerian Footballer, Segun Odegbami’s daughter, May7ven who returned home from United Kingdom few years ago to pursue her career in music was on Saturday, 5th of march involved in a ghastly motor accident while returning from Movida Night club located on the Island, a club which has also become the second home of plantain boy crooner, Timaya. Apparently, she was having a good time with few colleagues and friends before she left for home in the early hours of the morning, and behold her SUV jeep ran into a moving truck leaving her and the other three passengers in the car injured. They were all rushed to Emel hospital located in Festac town, and by the time it was evening were discharged.

Here is a picture of the hospital she was rushed too, and still receiving treatment at, Emel Hospital.
She took to her twitter page (a page she can hardly do without in a day) yesterday, and posted this;
I am in so much pain right now.... Going to sleep xxx. And after few minutes she came on again saying;
In Pain...Can't sleep. I don't feel like me, a few broken bits, head and facial injuries BUT at least I am alive thank u GOD!
Some of her fans got worried about her tweets and even rendered prayers for her. The take off my clothes crooner was happy about the tremendous response she got from her fans, trying to get them off any panic gear tweeted this again, I am tweeting so pls dnt worry. If u see the car and the fact that we survived u KNOW God blocked that situation totally. I am happy inspite.

Though out of the hospital, she still went receiving treatments today and will still be going for the next few days. Here is thanking God for saving the life of May7ven and hoping the right authorities will do something about this truck-accident thing. The same thing that claimed the life of rapper Dagrin, and so many young Nigerians.

In her final words, Thank u all for ur messages....sincerely appreciate every single one of them. Short term pain right now but I am fine. Thank Merciful God.
