Teenage Girl Killed By Policemen is Buried

Family of Lucy Ukpong, the 18-year-old sales girl killed by some policemen in Apo, Abuja on October 12, 2012 have said nothing short of justice will be acceptable to them. This is just as Lucy was buried amid tears at Etinan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State on Saturday.

The police authorities had pleaded with the family to accept an amicable settlement of the matter. But Lucy’s uncle, who spoke to the press on Saturday, insisted that the family was more interested in justice. May her soul rest in peace.

Students Kidnapped Female Colleague...Assaulted, Killed And Buried Her In A Forest

Two students of Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Henry Edewo, 21 and Emmanuel Isikhuime, have been arrested by the Police for kidnapping, molesting and murdering a female student, one Mercy Peter, 21, also a student of the institution.

They were alleged to have buried their victim in a shallow grave in a forest at Ugbor village, Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State, after killing her. Please click to continue.


Vanguard gathered that the victim, who was kidnapped on July 29, this year, was killed four days later after she was serially molested by the suspects.

They were also alleged to have continued to demand for ransom from her parents after killing her.

State Police Public Relations Officer, Anthony Airhuoyo, however, told newsmen that the police made a breakthrough in the case on October 17 when two of the suspects were arrested.

He added that a third suspect, whose name was given as Charles, was still on the run.

Airhuoyo disclosed that the suspects took the police to the spot where they buried Mercy and her corpse was exhumed. He said they were awaiting autopsy report.

Girl Dies A Year After She Was Allegedly Used For Money rituals

This has been going around on BB. But I pay less attention to BB broadcasts these days. This got too much and almost everyone used her pic as their display picture. I am reporting this because it is quite touching, and who knows we might just be saving a girl’s life.  The last paragraph of the broadcast read thus; please i am appealing to all girls, to please be patient and be contented with whatever your parents or boyfriends can offer. UPDATE: According to a mail I received. The girl whose pic was formerly here lives in London and someone was behind the BC to get at her family. (some people can be full of evil).  

She has been very ill for more than one year now. Reliable sources told us she was used for ritual by one of those rich men through sex. She hasn't menstruated for over a year. Whenever she coughs everybody runs away because her breath smells like shit. She grows lean and lean every day. After all d money, stress and time her parents wasted she died yesterday.

This thing you call "RUNS" is just a deadly game and you might not be lucky the next time you try. Please be warned! RIP ADETUTU.
