Kanu Becomes Special Adviser on sports to Imo State Governor

Former Nigerian world cup skipper Kanu Nwankwo who recently quit playing football has been appointed as the Special Adviser on Sports to the newly-elected Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorochas. “The Governor announced Kanu’s appointment at the gala dinner after the testimonial on Saturday,” head of the Kanu Heart Foundation (KHF), Onyebuchi Abia, as also confirmed the appointment. This is indeed another big one for the footballer. We believe he will also do well in this.
