Akpako tried but poor video? 9ice kept dishing out songs but poor promo? Ay.com is trying to make a comeback? Does Mode 9 deserve the lyricist on the roll award?

The nominations list for the NMVA 2011 is out. And a lot of people have been discussing this on my BB. But two guys (one works for an award company, who also run a magazine and the other one an artiste manager) caught my fancy with what they said above. True or false? OMG I can write a full page on this.
