T.D Jakes’ Daughter Ends Four-Year Marriage

T.D. Jakes’ daughter Sarah Henson has decided to end her four-year marriage to footballer, Robert Henson. Sarah made the announcement on her website, writing:

“I have built my ministry and identity around being the best wife and a mother I can be. For quite sometime. I have tried to steer through some serious troubles at home. As much as I wanted my marriage to last, it cannot. After professional counselling, and prayerful consideration I have decided to end my four-year marriage. There are biblical grounds supporting this decision and I have attempted every other recourse but after multiple infractions over the course of the union, and for my personal safety and that of my children, I have come to this painful decision.” Click to read what Robert also wrote on his website…

 Robert Henson also released a statement on his website:

“After four years of marriage, my wife, Sarah and I, have decided to transition from being husband and wife to being solely partners in securing a solid foundation for our children. It always has been my earnest desire to be the best possible father and example to my children that I could possibly be, and through my actions, walk before them with dignity and integrity, as well as provide them with security and safety. I will continue to walk in that role in their lives.”

Sarah and Robert have a 3-year old daughter together. She also has an older son, after she got pregnant when she was 14 years old.

Sex-Starved Husband, MFM Pastor Divorce Wife for not giving him SEX

For failing to satisfy his sexual desires, a Pastor with the Mountain Of Fire and Miracles Ministries,(MFM) Olusegun Gbadamosi, yesterday asked an Ikeja High Court to dissolve his 12 year-old marriage to Anthonia Gbadamosi.

He had approached the court presided over by Justice Joseph Oyewole specifically seeking for the dissolution of his marriage on grounds of abandonment

He told the court that the marriage, which was solemnised on April 18, 1998 had failed to produce any children despite several attempts which included the IVF (Invitro Uterine Fertilisation) process.
The 40-year old pastor said after series of tests it was discovered that his wife had fibroid, a situation which made her to become a completely different person.
“She became aggressive, hostile and confrontational despite all my pleas. She banned sex between both of us forever,” the petitioner said.
He further told the court that his 44-year old wife moved out of their matrimonial home on June 6, 2009 while he was away on a church programme.

Gbadamosi said: “When I came back, I was very shocked because she never divulged the new place of her abode.
“I sought for her, went to her office, knelt down for her publicly and begged her to return home because God can still do it.”
He alleged that his wife told him she left their marriage to seek for a child elsewhere because she was told to do so by God.
The petitioner therefore asked the court to dissolve the marriage because his wife has moved on with her life.
The case was adjourned till 2 March 2011 for cross-examination and defence.
